Kate is a passionate Cellist, and performs with a number of ensembles and performers, such as Bristol String Quartet, Jane Taylor and pianist/composer Andre Schlimon. She regularly gets asked to play for local Choral Societies in the South West, including Wincanton Choral Society. Kate is a dedicated cellist, classically trained, and is also able to adapt to other styles. Kate can play for weddings and functions, the cello sets the perfect mood for wedding ceremonies, and provides a gentle background atmosphere during the reception.
She has performed a number of solo concerts for Clevedon Music Society. Cello Tuition Kate offers cello tuition for beginner to diploma standard for all ages, and is happy to either travel to you, or teach at her own home. Offering tuition in Bath, Bristol and throughout Somerset, she is friendly patient tutor, recognising that every pupil is different and needs to learn at their own pace.
